Simply browse our shop, select your card, choose your options (envelope colour, personalisation), and click Add to Cart. When you're ready, proceed to checkout and complete your payment. It's that simple!

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal at checkout. All payments are processed securely.

As cards are made to order and crafted quickly, we may not always be able to accommodate changes or cancellations once an order is placed. Please contact us immediately via Instagram @maoleesacreations and we'll do our best to help.

Yes! You'll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a separate email with your tracking number.

If you're shopping from the EU (including Germany, France, the Netherlands, etc.) or other VAT-applicable countries like the UK or Australia, you may notice that prices on Etsy appear slightly higher than on our website.

This is because Etsy is required by law to automatically collect VAT on behalf of your country's tax authority and add it to the checkout total. For example, buyers in Germany will see an additional 19% VAT applied to their order at checkout — this goes directly to the German tax authorities, not to us.

When you shop directly from our website, this VAT is not collected at checkout. However, please note that depending on your country's import regulations and the value of your parcel, you may be asked to pay import duties or taxes upon delivery. This varies by country and is outside our control.

Either way, the price we receive as a maker is the same — the difference is simply in how and where the tax is collected.

On the product page, select "Yes" for personalisation and a text box will appear. Type your message exactly as you'd like it to appear on the card. Please double-check spelling and punctuation before adding to cart — we print it exactly as written!

You can personalise the front message with a name or custom message. The inside of the card is left blank for your own handwritten note — because some words are best written by hand. 🌸

Yes, personalised cards are priced slightly higher than the default option. You'll see both prices clearly on the product page when selecting your variant.

We don't currently offer proofs as cards are made quickly to meet fast turnaround times. If you have a specific request, feel free to message us on Instagram @maoleesacreations first.

Orders are processed within 1 business day. For Singapore, delivery takes approximately 2–4 working days via SingPost tracked mail. For international orders, please allow 7–14 working days depending on your location.

Singapore tracked mail is S$2.00. International shipping via ezy2ship starts from S$11.90 and varies by destination. All orders come with tracking!

Yes! We ship worldwide via ezy2ship from SingPost. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes — these are the responsibility of the recipient.

Yes! All orders are shipped with tracking. Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to you.

As all our cards are individually handcrafted and made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We ensure every card meets our quality standards before it's sent out.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days via Instagram @maoleesacreations with a photo and we'll make it right. 🌸

Please message us on Instagram @maoleesacreations within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the damage. We'll resolve it for you as quickly as possible.

Please contact us immediately via Instagram @maoleesacreations. If your card hasn't been made yet, we'll do our best to correct it. Unfortunately we're unable to offer replacements for personalisation errors once the card has been crafted and shipped.
